Hive Mind Calendar

Terms of Service

Last updated October 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of Hive Mind Calendar (“the service”), a scheduling tool operated by Hive Mind at calendar.hive-mind.com. By using the service you agree to these terms.

What the service does

Hosts publish booking pages and meeting polls. Guests use them to book meetings or mark the times they are available. When a meeting is booked, the service creates the calendar event, a video meeting link and the invitations.

Accounts

Host access is limited to people we have authorized. Hosts are responsible for keeping their sign-in secure and for the calendars they connect. Guests don’t need an account.

Acceptable use

  • Provide accurate names and email addresses, and only your own.
  • Don’t use the service to send spam or unwanted invitations, or to harass anyone.
  • Don’t try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of the service.
  • Don’t use it for anything unlawful.

We may block or remove access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Your information

How we collect and use information, including Google user data, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The service relies on Google Calendar, Zoom and email providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren’t responsible for their availability.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every booking, invitation or notification will be delivered. Please confirm important meetings directly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hive Mind is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for missed or double-booked meetings, arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may change these terms or the service. We’ll update the date at the top; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
